Adding Content to a Page

Once you click Ok in the Page Properties dialog, or select a page from the Page Groups Main Menu, you will be presented with all the little HTML editing buttons you expect.

You move around the page by selecting items (either text or image, more to come), or creating new items. The selected item on the page display is indicated by a

and a

-]

set of characters. You can see that the first line of text in this example “My Southpark Character” is the selected item. If I click on any of the formatting or color buttons, the text will change. Also, you can see that it is “Text Element 1” in the selection menu. To change the selected element, click on the popup menu and locate the element, then click the “Select Item” button next to it.

If you want to move on to another page or page group, or create new pages and page groups, click the “Exit to Page Groups” button.

When you have finished editing the site, click the “Exit” button at the top and web pages will be built.
